William Barbosa

Hi and thanks for taking the time to get to know me better. First off, you should know that I hold a deeply seated belief that I'm a proto-geek. In the mid-90's during the bad old days of the Browser Wars, when IRC was all the rage and turning on my Pentium machine afforded time to brew a pot of coffee and compile code mentally before turning to nothing more than a text editor to create markup and crank out my very first websites. Things have come a long way since then.

I live and work from the beautiful coast line of Portugal, having recently immigrated from London, U.K.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and the outdoors, hiking with my 2 dogs, Houdini and Kuka. I also love reading science fiction, fantasy and selected biographies. 

A life long learner, internet aficionado, and yes, a geek - I still spend inordinate amounts of learning about the latest tech gadget, apps, web services, design technique or de rigeur management methodology. This has evolved into a sophisticated outlook and understanding of the amazing things that can be done with digital.
